1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, NovaKart offers both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid payment options on eligible orders across India. Payment options may vary depending on the product and delivery location. For some products, both COD and Prepaid options are available, while certain products can only be purchased through Prepaid payment. Customers can view the available payment methods during checkout before placing their order.
3. How long does delivery take?
Metro cities: 5–7 business days. Other locations: 7–10 business days.
4. How can I track my order?
You can track your order through the "Track Your Order" page available in both the website menu and footer section. Simply visit the Track Your Order page and enter the required order details to view the latest shipment status and delivery updates.
5. What is your return policy?
Return requests can be submitted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos/videos along with a brief description of the issue.
